1 – Hotel Residences Dubai

This 5-star International Luxury Hotel brand requested a complete renovation of residential units.

A modern approach to luxury on a pre-existing space constructed in the 90s was required for the conversion of 26 existing villas.

With a twist, the updated design was clean, elegant and timeless.

2 – Nassau

Nassau, the latest on Creative‘s list of transformative designs, was asked to convert an ageing community centre into a premier golf and country club.

New life was breathed into the space, transforming it into a modern Mediterranean bar, restaurant and country club.

The venue remains unrecognizable in its glory, From the crisp colours and plush furnishings to a new floor plan anchored by lush olive trees and hanging brass chandeliers.

3 – Benjarong

The word Benjarong means “five colours” and it’s commonly used in Thailand’s porcelains wares. This is one of many cultural and historical elements from which we drew inspiration for the venue.

From blue velvets to deep reds in the ceiling, the columns and architectural highlights are accented by green, golds and whites. While maintaning its rich cultural heritage, the space was transformed from a dark and outdated venue to a vibrant display of colour and light.

French motifs mixed with Thai elements provide a new approach to the venue, keeping it upscale with a sense of rustic luxury. Large handwoven lanterns are hanging above plush velvet sofas in the same juxtaposition.

A light installation with backlit gold-leafed circular lights cover an entire wall, a nod to the land’s full moon festivities. Creative emphasized the sweeping views of the city with white frames, adding to the grandeur of this lofted space, while keeping it casual, exciting and fun.

4 – The Lombard

Taken from its namesake, the Lombard reflects the elegant essence of Italy’s Lombardia Region. This Italian restaurant is ready to steal the spotlight in Jordan’s capital, imbued with majestic windows, Venetian plaster and Milanese titles, with a brand-new glass dome almost evoking the structure of the duomo.

Foldable perimeter doors connect the indoors and outdoors, transmitting the vibe throughout the venue. Elevated booths also create a section of VIPs overlooking the rest of the indoor dining space while maintaining a private cosy ambience.

With strong geometric shapes, velvet fabrics, brass accents and marble spread across all surfaces, the direction is visibly inspired by Milanese architecture and design.
