Grayfox served as Vanessa Alexander and her energetic family’s private abode because it was well situated between mountains and the beach. In order to build a one-of-a-kind home, Vanessa drew inspiration from an actual, functioning Tuscan farm and combined it with elements from Bali and California. This large home was transformed into an oasis by earthy Italian colors combined with airy modernism, and it is now surrounded by beautiful gardens and furnished with cozy, unpretentious materials.

This renovation took the mid-century home down to the studs and included the addition of a new kitchen/family room, pool, and all landscape and hardscape design.
