FINE CHINA

Fine China is a restaurant located in downtown Dallas at The Statler.

It was inspired by actual Asian cuisine, ranging from dim sum fine dining to home cooking to street food.

THE NATIONAL

First National Bank Tower, currently known as The National, is one of Texas’ most challenging and largest adaptive reuse projects, standing 52 floors and encompassing over 1.5 million square feet.

The National is anchored by the Thompson Dallas, Texas’ first Thompson Hotel, which opened in November 2020. The former banking offices that have been converted into hotel rooms are modern but warm. The main banking lobby was converted into a 14,000-square-foot ballroom suitable for major gatherings (or social distancing), with a 2,000-square-foot mezzanine space.

THE STATLER

Centurion American Development purchased the Stater in 2015 and refurbished and reinvented it as a true multi-purpose adaptive historic re-use project.

To complement the existing architecture, new finishes, furnishings, light fixtures, and art were included as part of the building’s refurbishment interior design.

CAMBRIA DOWNTOWN HOUSTON

It was built in 1926 as the Petroleum Building on Texas Avenue in downtown Houston and was later renamed the Great Southwest Building.

It was historically renovated in 2019 into a Cambria Hotel with 226 boutique-style rooms and 5 suites. It is a Houston Landmark and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

SOUTHLAKE DELTA HOTEL

Southlake Delta is a 6-story new construction hotel that is one of Marriott’s first Delta Brand instances in the United States. It has 240 guest rooms and suites, 10,000 square feet of conference space, outdoor amenities, a full-service restaurant and bar, and a convenient coffee shop.

By combining natural stone and earth tones, the hotel’s facade is supposed to be respectful of the existing Southlake heritage. The project has a full-service restaurant and bar, as well as a show kitchen where customers can watch the chef cook their meal.
